You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For this fixed-access service, the period starts when your paid service contract is concluded, normally when payment is confirmed. Our pilot policy keeps your full refund right during that period even if you start using Premium immediately.
Sign in to the account used for payment, choose the purchase and select “Withdraw from this purchase”. Review the confirmation, then choose “Confirm withdrawal”. You will receive a receipt with the request reference and time. This function remains available during the withdrawal period.

Send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw to support@zahlon.com, or by post to Shamrocks, Neue Heimat 16, 65795 Hattersheim am Main, Germany. Include your account email and order/reference if known so we can locate the purchase. You do not have to use a particular form. Sending your statement before the withdrawal period ends is sufficient.
What happens next
We acknowledge the request and arrange a full €6.00 refund to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days. There is no Zahlon refund fee. Your request receipt is separate from the refund confirmation. Your paid access ends when the refund is confirmed, and your personal Study records remain exportable. Contact support if you cannot sign in, cannot find the purchase or do not receive confirmation.
