Your fixed-access pass
Zahlon Study Premium is optional self-service access for 90 days for a single total price of €6.00 (EUR), including any applicable taxes. There is no automatic renewal, recurring subscription or additional Zahlon checkout fee. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees; the charge is in EUR, not a fixed Sri Lankan rupee amount.
The purchase button is available only when checkout is enabled. Review the displayed offer and these terms before choosing “Continue to PayPal — €6.00 once”. PayPal handles your approval and payment. Access starts after the payment has been independently verified by our server. A redirect or an order being created does not confirm payment. Your account shows the confirmed expiry time. We retain the agreed terms version with your purchase.
What the pass includes

These are self-guided tools. Human adviser review, document certification, application submission, recruitment or placement, immigration representation, job guarantees and admissions decisions are not included. No AI-generated personal facts or fabricated qualifications are supplied. Follow any institution’s authorship and AI-use rules.
Vacancies are sourced from publicly accessible official employer or institution pages. They are not exclusive jobs, employer endorsements or guaranteed vacancies. Each snapshot states its source and check date; stale snapshots are removed unless rechecked. The number of listings may vary, including zero when no current listing can be verified. Applications go directly to the employer or official application service. There is no candidate Ausbildung placement fee; the pass is not a training placement service.
Your free choices
Public guides, official job-search links, the core account workspace and its standard trackers remain free. You can also use independent free resources, including Europass and the official source websites. Premium is an optional convenience and preparation service.
Your account and records
Access is personal to your signed-in account. Do not share payment credentials or use the service unlawfully. Enter accurate facts and avoid sensitive identification or financial documents. The service does not accept document-file uploads. At expiry, premium resources and tools close; your saved personal preparation records remain part of your Study data and can be exported from My profile. Deleting a Study workspace does not by itself cancel a purchase or request a refund.
Withdrawal and refunds
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Our pilot policy gives a full refund within that period even if you used the service immediately. We do not require you to waive that right to obtain immediate access. Use the clearly labelled withdrawal function in your account or send an unequivocal request to support@zahlon.com or the postal address above. See the withdrawal instructions and optional model form.
We will refund the full purchase price to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We do not charge a refund fee. A recorded request is not the same as a completed refund; your account and confirmation distinguish these states. Access associated with the refunded purchase ends when the refund is confirmed. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the corresponding access may be revoked while the payment is resolved. Other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability and remedies
We maintain the service and security updates during your paid term. We do not promise uninterrupted access, every possible feature, a fixed vacancy count or a particular outcome. If a paid feature does not work as described, contact us with the issue; statutory remedies for non-conforming digital services remain available. Material limitations are described before payment. We will not use these terms to remove mandatory consumer protections.
Complaints and governing law
Contact support@zahlon.com for assistance or a complaint. German law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection that applies in your country of residence.
